As I was preparing for my first trip to Italy in 2014, I started to invest more time in learning some actual skills for my photography. One suggestion in one of the classes I was taking on travel photography, was to focus on an architecture freature when you visit a new city. Within the first day, I noticed detail and variety of doorways. While without question Italians are at the forefront of self-expression, I have added to my collection of interesting doorways around the world.
